4.1 Shipping: Artbysiss.com ships artworks to the address provided by the customer during the ordering process. The shipping fees and estimated delivery times are stated on the Website. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and any customs procedures.

 

4.2 Damaged Shipments: In the event that an artwork is delivered in a damaged condition, it is the customer's responsibility to report the damage to the shipping company and artbysiss.com immediately upon receipt, preferably also directly to the courier on delivery. The shipping company may require photographic evidence of the damage for their records. Failure to report any damage within a reasonable time may affect our ability to assist you.
